Job Description:

The Asia Citi Treasury Investment (CTI) Business Unit Manager (BUM) will work as part of the CTI Business Unit Management team. The role supports CTI Asia Funding desks located in Singapore and Hong Kong, monitoring economic activity, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating across teams to execute initiatives. The candidate is expected to have proven leadership qualities and handle various operational and problem-solving activities.

Job Responsibility:

Daily / Monthly/ Annual Risk and Control monitoring
Ensure compliance with both local and global regulations
MCA setup, coordination and testing
Desk P/L monitoring and analysis, including preparation of month end PL reports
Lead and handle ad-hoc projects and initiatives

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience working for a banking/financial services organization
Treasury/Treasury funding experience
Proficiency with standard analysis tools
Excellent written and oral communication
Demonstrates thorough knowledge fundamental Balance Sheet and P&L
Bachelor’s degree, potentially Master’s degree
