Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a specialist setting in Guildford, supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role involves working in a structured, nurturing, and inclusive environment to support students' learning and development.

Job Responsibility

  • Support students in the classroom and around the school
  • Provide consistent 1:1 and small group support
  • Promote engagement, independence, and learning
  • Work closely with teaching staff to implement strategies and interventions
