Job Responsibility:
Serves as client lead for trust, tax and planning matters and as primary liaison between front office and specialized fiduciary services (SFS)
Engages directly with top-line clients and leads client and family meetings
Actively mitigates risks, crafts solutions, and partners with SFS on fiduciary matters
Is an active client development team member with significant internal and external COI network
Recognized as subject matter expert in the community
Managing Director positions lead advisory teams and work with families as a subject area expert in estate planning, multi-generational planning, family governance, and trust and fiduciary advisory
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
15 or more years of estate/multi-generational experience
Seven or more years of planning/strategy experience with high net worth clients
Nice to have:
Strong technical skills in estate planning, multi-generational planning, and trust and fiduciary advisory
Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills
Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
JD or CPA license preferred
