Job Description:

Are you an asbestos surveyor looking for a highly unique and technically challenging contract opportunity? We are seeking a qualified professional to join us for a minimum 5-week contract based at a live nuclear decommission site in Oxfordshire. This is not your standard domestic contract; it is an opportunity to work in a highly complex industrial environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conducting in-depth surveys across technically demanding areas including boiler rooms, expansive halls, and intricate piping networks
  • Accurately taking samples of suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs)
  • Appropriately documenting the environment in-site

Requirements:

  • BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable post-qualification track record with proven and specific experience conducting complex industrial surveys (boiler rooms, heavy piping, industrial halls)
  • Highly experienced in working under own initiative, managing own weekly schedule and workload, ensuring timely submission of survey reports and samples
