Job Description

Conducting commercial management and refurbishment surveys across a variety of sites. Handling ad-hoc project work, which regularly includes contracts for major infrastructure clients such as Network Rail. Managing your schedule flexibly to take on available days that fit around your existing commitments.

Requirements

  • BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) qualified asbestos surveyor
  • Around 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong, proven background in conducting commercial management and refurbishment surveys
  • Based within the North West or Cumbria region
  • Own reliable transportation, survey toolkit, and essential PPE
