Asbestos Surveyor (Housing Sector) - 2-Year Contract - Outside IR35. We are urgently seeking an experienced, certified Asbestos Surveyor to manage a critical portfolio of projects within the Housing Sector across Northern Ireland on a secure 2-year contract.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct detailed Asbestos Surveys (Management/Refurbishment) within the Housing Sector
  • Manage a critical portfolio of projects within the Housing Sector across Northern Ireland

Requirements:

  • Experienced
  • Certified Asbestos Surveyor
  • Must hold BOHS P402 or equivalent certification
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
  • Must be prepared for travel up to 90 miles on any given day
  • Operated strictly as a Sole Trader / Limited Company (Outside IR35)
