What you'll be doing You'll be servicing exclusively commercial and retail survey contracts across London and the M25. The buildings you will survey will be diverse and challenging at the same time. This is a contract to demonstrate your survey skills, whilst also picking up continued new experiences in the daily changing survey environments that you will encounter. Even better? You won't be fighting with clunky, outdated software. Our client uses a slick, bespoke app built specifically for this contract that actually makes reporting easy. What you need Qualifications: BOHS P402 is essential (dual-skilled Surveyor/Analyst with a P403 and P404 qualification is a massive bonus). Experience: Strong background in commercial premises and the confidence to work entirely under your own initiative. Ready for a change?
