Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor\nLocation: Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire\nRate: Price Per Survey\nContract Length: 6-month contract\nThe Role: Are you an asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity? We are seeking a qualified professional to join us for an anticipated 6-month contract covering the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire areas. This role offers the chance to work on a stable portfolio of residential projects. Your daily responsibilities will primarily involve conducting Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) surveys on residential properties. You will also be required to accurately take samples of any suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) and appropriately document the properties, independently managing your weekly schedule to meet project deadlines.
