Job Description:

If you are an asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity, then this could be great for you. We are seeking a qualified professional to service an ongoing and ad-hoc workload in the Dorset area. Your portfolio will consist of a mixture of commercial and residential properties.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct management surveys as prescribed in HSG264
  • Take necessary samples for suspected ACMs
  • Accurately document each property through relevant photographs and notes taken in-situ
  • Service ongoing and ad-hoc workload in the Dorset area

Requirements:

  • P402 qualification (or UKATA / RSPH equivalent)
  • Proven experience surveying both commercial and residential building types
  • Highly experienced in working under own initiative
  • Confident in designing and executing own work schedules
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
