An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as Site Manager working at our Midlands & South- West region as part of our asbestos division.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of asbestos removal supervisory task across a wide range of situations and sites
  • Good knowledge of current H+S and asbestos regulations
  • Clean Driving Licence
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Numerate, with basic commercial understanding
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good computer literacy is essential (Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel)
  • Excellent organisational skills in being able to multi-task and re-prioritize at frequent intervals
  • Attention to detail
  • Friendly, calm and professional manner
  • Ability to handle pressure and good time-management
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team
  • SAFEguard inducted, capable of inducting SAFEguard
  • Three Day UKATA internal Asbestos Abatement Supervisor Course OR Three-day External UKATA Asbestos Abatement Supervisor course
  • Mandatory regulation 22 CAR medical and valid face fit certification
