Job Description:

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to appoint experienced Asbestos Removal Operatives & Supervisors in the Berkshire area to conduct work on a secure site.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct site set up and safe abatement of asbestos containing materials according to the method statement and scope of works
  • Assist the Contract Manager to complete the works on time and to budget as well as safely, according to all regulatory requirements and with all relevant documentation accurately completed
  • May be asked to work various shift patterns including weekends

Requirements:

  • Two years’ experience as a qualified Supervisor
  • Training certificates (Asbestos medical, Face fits, Refresher training)
  • Experience in the Nuclear / Defence sector is preferred
  • Security clearances – SC or DV clearance preferred, but not essential
  • Friendly, calm and professional manner
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Physically fit
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Full driving licence is preferred, but not essential

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the Nuclear / Defence sector
  • Security clearances – SC or DV clearance
  • Full driving licence
