The AS400 Technical Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and support of AS400-based banking applications. The role ensures system stability, performance, and compliance with banking and regulatory standards while delivering reliable technical solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead development and maintenance of AS400 applications using RPG, RPGLE, and COBOL400
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and code reviews to team members
  • Design, manage, and optimize DB2 databases on the AS400 platform
  • Collaborate with business and banking stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
