Job Description

AS 400 Developer position with 6-8 years of experience required. The role involves working with AS400 development environment, strong COBOL, CL, and DB2 skills, and experience with financial applications in banking domains.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of AS400 Development environment with strong COBOL, CL, and DB2 skills
  • Previous experience working with financial application involving Loan/Credit Card/Mortgage/Retail Banking is preferable
  • Experienced in providing Support and Maintenance on existing CL/SQLCBL/RPGLE/RPG400/SQLRPGLE based applications
  • Good RPG development skills in RPG, RPG III, RPGLE, Embedded SQL and Free Format RPGLE
  • Strong knowledge of OS 400 operating systems and CL job control language and job scheduler
  • Strong knowledge in DB2 and Cobol DB2 programming
  • Knowledge in Agile working methodology
  • Mentoring of Junior Team members
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
