Job Responsibility

Perform deep‑dive fault isolation, protocol‑level analysis, and advanced debugging
Lead Sev‑1 / Sev‑2 incident resolution until service restoration
Provide timely executive‑ready updates during high‑impact outages
Drive cases to resolution while maintaining strict SLA compliance
Troubleshoot advanced Layer 2/3 protocols (STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP, VRFs, ECMP)
Handle VSX high‑availability scenarios (peer‑keepalive, ISL split‑brain recovery, ISSU upgrades)
Analyze system/hardware performance (CPU, memory, TCAM, QoS, optics)
Deliver full RCA reports with timeline, impact, and prevention actions
Escalate to L3 Engineering with reproducible test cases, packet captures, and crash logs
