This role is responsible for managing multiple projects to support our partners through our processes, systems, and tools. In addition, this role will be responsible for creating the operating model for Aruba’s partner programs across systems, processes, and policies. The individual will work closely with the Aruba WW program team to understand the strategy, requirements and benefits for each program and create and execute the end-to-end operational plan. This person will work also work with the Aruba regional channel teams sales operations teams to ensure successful deployment of the programs. The key measure of success for this position is whether the defined operational plan to support the Aruba partners programs are fully developed, operationalized, and deployed in accordance with the plan. Strong leadership and effective change management skills will be essential to deploy and transition into new and continually evolving partner program models and meet the prescribed business outcomes around partner satisfaction and revenue growth.
Job Responsibility:
Create and execute the end-to-end operational plan across systems, processes, and policies
Leads complex data and business analyses to develop business plans, and identifies recommendations and insights
Leads and executes highly complex, time sensitive projects
identifies and recommends solutions for multifaceted operational and programmatic problems
Works with WW networking channels team and regional networking channels teams to drive final team decisions
Creates internal and partner facing documentation including process flows, policies, and operational guides
Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps
Leads cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities
Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations
Partners with business leaders to develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities
Roll up your sleeves and dive into details to ensure all aspects of the plan are solid
Develops go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns
Works closely with business analytics to determine appropriate metrics for measuring program success
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to document end-to-end processes related to partner programs
Requirements:
5-8 years’ experience working in a related areas of responsibility required
Experience creating and implementing operational plans to implement partner programs across multiple systems
Strong knowledge of channel model, including routes to market, and how partners transact through HPE
Excellent business acumen across multiple cross-functional areas such as Indirect Sales, Sales Operations (OTC, CPQ), Partner Operations and Supply Chain Management required
Very strong project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives required, highly organized
Ability to develop creative approaches to business analysis required
Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to create internal and external documentation
Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting required, and ability to influence
Developed leadership skills, including team building, conflict resolution
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including PowerPoint knowledge required
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or relevant field of study - or equivalent practical experience.
