Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Producing and maintaining own brand packaging artwork, from initial concepts right through to print-ready files
  • Adapting artwork across multiple formats, including digital assets where needed
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Buying and external suppliers to deliver creative projects on time
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all packaging — layouts, typography, imagery and legal/regulatory information
  • Liaising with printers and packaging suppliers, managing proofing and final production (bleed, resolution, CMYK/RGB — you know the drill)
  • Creating and rolling out POS materials for stores, consistently and on schedule
  • Supporting new store launches using toolkits across print, digital and external media
  • Designing and adapting social media graphics and digital assets for campaigns, promotions and seasonal moments
  • Keeping immaculate file structures and version control (organisation is your superpower)
  • Executing campaign assets throughout the year in close collaboration with the Creative Manager and wider design team
  • Supporting company-wide projects that keep the Jollyes brand looking its best
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners when assets are needed
  • Helping to set up and manage a central asset portal

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Proven experience in a packaging artwork or production role
  • A strong understanding of print processes, materials and finishes
  • Solid knowledge of pre-press requirements for print and digital
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A positive, can-do attitude and genuine team spirit
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external suppliers
