Requirements

Experience working in Quality Function within the Pharmaceutical industry
Some experience of key areas of Quality Assurance and Pharmaceutical Quality Management Systems (Complaints, CAPA, Deviation, Change Control)
Basic Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical GxP regulations
Able to foster strong cross-functional relationships
Influence, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Able to respond positively to, and effectively implement, change
Digitally Savvy
Fluency in both English and Polish to handle communication with healthcare authorities in Poland
A degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific subject is desirable

Job Responsibility

Performing a review of manufacturing records for batches of medicinal products certified by Theramex QP
Batch Review all MIA Products Prior to QP Certification
Establish a close working relationship with the Contract Manufacturers and internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical, Marketing) for assigned products
Investigation and resolution of complaints with CMOs
Determining and implementing robust CAPAs as required
Assessment and approval of deviations
Managing and approval of change controls
Creation and Maintenance of Quality / Technical Agreements
Ensuring CMO’s are supplied and adhere to Compliance Files / Marketing Authorisations
Support of on-site audits and visits

Requirements

5+ years of experience in adaptive design, artwork production or packaging development, preferably in a global, FMCG or complex matrix environment
Strong knowledge of the end‑to‑end pack creation process (design → artwork → print → digital pack images), including compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements
Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and external vendors across markets, cultures and time zones
Ability to operate confidently as a senior technical expert and business partner, influencing decisions and driving process compliance
Strong communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and agency partners to drive process compliance
High level of organizational awareness, with the ability to prioritize effectively, anticipates risks and unblock complex initiatives
Comfortable working in a virtual, global setup, with high proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and online workflow systems, and a partnership mindset that supports a “one‑team” culture with the Marketing Operations Hub and brand teams
Experience working within centralized or hub‑based operating models and global governance frameworks
Exposure to digital content management, CGI pack images or e‑commerce asset orchestration
Previous involvement in process transformation, change management or continuous improvement initiatives

Job Responsibility

Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of packaging artwork and digital pack assets across multiple business groups, brands and global markets
Act as the senior technical and operational expert for adaptive design, artwork production, print management and CGI pack image creation
Manage a complex portfolio of global and regional projects, ensuring on‑time delivery, first‑time‑right quality, and compliance with global standards and regulations
Partner closely with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and E‑commerce teams to translate master designs into production‑ready artwork and digital assets
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Artwork Production Manager within scope, including stepping in when required and managing escalations
Lead collaboration with external partners (adaptive agencies, print management agencies, printers), ensuring quality, cost transparency and SLA compliance
Drive process improvements, innovation and standardization within artwork production and adaptive design workflows, supporting hub‑led ways of working
Champion digital‑first approaches and robust data orchestration for accurate and timely downstream usage in omnichannel and e‑commerce environments
Mentor and develop team members, building capabilities, leading training initiatives, and representing the function in global forums and squads

Requirements

Three to five years’ experience in Pack artwork management, Graphic design, Print production, Pre-press, Design or Pack engineering, R&D, Digital marketing, Brand management, CGI production, agency relations, or similar within the FMCG environment
Proficiency in Project Management
MS Office is mandatory
Basic understanding of Adobe Creator/Illustrator/Photoshop

Job Responsibility

Own the artwork process, roles, and responsibilities to deliver projects on time and in full
Work with GMS Digital Solutions to identify improvements to the overall artwork process
Lead the Brand and category portfolio by understanding the Brand DNA/Guidelines to effectively plan and prioritize volume
Present business updates (using data & analytics) to influence at leadership meetings
Collaborate with marketing and design agencies at the design phase, providing expert guidance and technical inputs
Schedule and run pre-production meetings
Ensure that master design files are created according to prescribed toolbox specifications
Work with marketing to ensure visibility of artwork spend, and that the printed packaging is optimized for cost
Take accountability for the delivery of mechanical artwork and separation files to printers
Work with the agencies to drive improvements to quality and efficiency
