Job Description:

Provide personalized service and attention to fulfilling all guest needs at Solaz a Luxury Collection Resort Los Cabos. The position involves coordinating with various departments to ensure VIP guest expectations are met, handling guest requests, and maintaining professional standards while performing physical tasks as required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide personalized service and attention to fulfilling all guest needs
  • Deliver coffee and tea upon request
  • Prepare notes of new arrivals to communicate important preferences to entire hotel operation
  • Coordinate with front desk to prepare VIP rooms
  • Check room key and double check if every detail meets guest expectation
  • Coordinate with front desk to escort early arrivals
  • Be present upon guest check-in to anticipate needs
  • Complete butler flags in local systems
  • Send pre-arrival emails
  • Escort VIPs to their rooms
  • Work closely with Guest Services and Engineering departments on requests
  • Pick up laundry requests from guests
  • Follow up on laundry delivery and return laundry promptly
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Protect company assets
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
