The AI Vice President will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of AI initiatives across the organization to identify opportunities for innovation and develop cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company’s overall vision and objectives
  • Drive innovation by exploring emerging AI technologies evaluating their potential impact on the business, and recommending strategic investments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities across various business units and develop customized solutions to address specific challenges
  • Establish partnerships with external AI vendors, research institutions, and startups to leverage external expertise and accelerate innovation
  • Oversee the development and deployment of AI models and algorithms, ensuring they meet high standards of performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Stay abreast of AI research advancements, industry best practices, and regulatory developments to ensure all AI initiatives remain at the forefront of innovation and compliance
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of AI experts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a culture of innovation and excellence

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in AI research, development, and implementation
  • Deep technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI-related domains
  • Ability to translate AI innovations into tangible business outcomes and competitive advantages
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
