Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2026! The Gen AI–focused intern would be responsible for systematically identifying, prioritizing, and piloting practical Gen AI use cases across FP&A (Foods) and Audit, with an emphasis on improving efficiency in our day‑to‑day work. The intern would map recurring workflows, identify high‑structure/low‑risk opportunities, and prototype safe, governed applications such as (just a few examples) analysis support, summarization, drafting, and pattern extraction using approved tools. The role is intentionally hands‑on and outcome‑oriented, with clear deliverables including a prioritized use‑case backlog, a small number of working pilots, and recommendations on where Gen AI can be scaled responsibly versus where traditional processes should remain in place. Our AI Internship offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over an 10 - 12 week period. Come experience an inside look in the world of FP&A, CPG and food production.
Job Responsibility:
Map day‑to‑day workflows: Recurring analysis, reporting, narrative writing, data gathering, reconciliations, evidence collection and translate them into a use‑case backlog with clear owners, inputs/outputs, and expected time savings
Prioritize: use cases using a simple 2×2 framework
Governance: for each use case: classify each opportunity and recommend the appropriate governance level
Measurement & rollout recommendations: for each pilot, define success metrics, capture learnings, and recommend what to scale
Prototype: using approved tools and produce reusable prompt templates for common FP&A and Audit deliverables
Use‑case exploration: Identify where Gen AI can safely accelerate work such as summarizing large process narratives, extracting key themes and issues from unstructured documentation, and draft standardized write-ups, then define guardrails and review steps for Audit leadership
