Artificial Intelligence Engineer

• Design and implement NLP and LLM-powered solutions for classification, ranking, summarisation, and content generation
• Build scalable workflows that connect data, models, and real user interactions
• Develop creative prompt and template systems to generate high-quality, brand-aligned content
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve quality, reliability, and speed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into product innovations

• Minimum 3 years of experience deploying machine learning systems in production at scale, especially with large text data
• Degree from a top-tier university (e.g. CMU, MIT, Stanford, Berkeley, etc.)
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks
• Experience with LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), as well as model evaluation and guardrails
• A problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments
• Excellent communication skills and an ownership mindset

Publications in leading NLP conferences (e.g. EMNLP, NAACL, EACL, ACL, CoNLL, COLING) are a strong plus
