Job Description

As an Artificial Intelligence Consultant, you help clients understand and adopt AI. You will operate at the intersection of business process and engineering. Your mission is to advise clients about how to adopt AI, helping them demystify the complexities of AI and chart a clear, value-driven path from initial concept to scaled implementation. This is not a traditional advisory role; you will be a hands-on project manager, working with multidisciplinary teams to build and deploy AI solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform financial and operational analysis of businesses to identify and quantify the highest-value opportunities for applying artificial intelligence
  • Build a business case and methods to measure the results of our work
  • Influence business managers and client staff to change how they think about their business
  • Prepare presentations that explain to clients the reasoning behind an AI technical design
  • Assist in the day-to-day project management of cross-functional teams
  • Guide AI engineers in how to understand a company's proprietary data
  • Become an expert in the business process workflows of a client
  • Collaborate with client business teams to redesign and reimagine core workflows
  • Combine industry analysis with technical expertise to help identify situations where novel AI models may drive the innovation of new products and services
  • Help clients to improve the effectiveness of creative processes through the use of generative AI
  • Collaborate with data engineers to implement data pipelines
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree is required
  • an MBA or an advanced degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting
  • An understanding of how artificial intelligence, particularly generative and agentic AI, is applied in a business context
  • Ability to perform financial modeling and operational analysis on business datasets to build business cases
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, with a demonstrated talent for storytelling and translating complex technical details into clear, persuasive narratives for executive audiences
  • Demonstrated success working in high-performance, cross-functional teams, with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to collective success
  • Requires permanent, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
