Job Description:

The role involves driving AI solutions for portfolio and accountability management. The responsibilities include managing R&D, designing and implementing AI models, analyzing datasets, optimizing solutions, collaborating with teams, documenting processes, and staying current with AI trends and standards.

Job Responsibility:

Driving AI solutions for portfolio and accountability management
Managing R&D to meet the needs of AI strategy
Designing, developing, and implementing AI models and algorithms
Explaining AI solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
Analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights
Optimizing and fine-tuning AI models
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements
Building and deploying AI solutions into production environments
Troubleshooting AI systems
Capacity planning, hardware/software updates, and disaster recovery planning
Creating and maintaining documentation for AI models/algorithms
Providing expert consultation on AI-related standards and governance frameworks
Documenting lessons learned for exploration and incubation
Staying current on AI trends, ethics, and regulations
Delivering to the backlog with a commercial mindset
Recommending solutions to problems using a data-driven approach
Establishing collaborative feedback loops to mature services
Translating insights into corporate stories
Building a network of information sources
Inspiring teams to adopt and enhance AI solutions

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as an AI Specialist, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role in AI development
Hands-on experience in AI development, data analysis, and machine learning techniques
Ability and willingness to manage and lead AI projects from concept to deployment
Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, LLMs
Experience in API development, bid database build, design and optimizations
Experience with cloud environments with platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced work environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams
Ability to analyse wide range of internal & external data & navigate through uncertainties with a purpose-driven mindset
Biased towards customer service and business outcomes
Curiosity to look beyond obvious and think strategically
Able to communicate the key findings and insight to senior stakeholders and peers both conversationally and in formal presentation style
Experience in handling difficult feedback very constructively and working towards the right thing for the bank
Self-starter and self-organized who can operate with minimal supervision and deliver timely results
Agile/Safe/PMP certification will be added advantage
Data analytics skills or certifications
Corporate storytelling to convert complex and multi-dimensional data points into executive discussions
Continuous learning mindset to adapt and embrace the dynamic changes in the bank
