Art Team Lead for Inviox Studios, a global game art and development studio specializing in high-end game art production from concept to final in-game assets. The role is based in Istanbul, a key part of the company's growth, building a team that reflects the level of work delivered globally.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of artists across multiple game art disciplines
  • Own visual quality, style consistency, and final delivery standards
  • Work closely with producers, directors, and clients to turn vision into execution
  • Review art, provide clear feedback, and push quality without slowing production
  • Help scale the Istanbul art team with strong standards, structure, and culture
  • Step into production when needed and lead by example

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in game art production
  • Proven experience leading or managing art teams
  • Strong understanding of AAA or high-end production pipelines
  • Excellent eye for quality, composition, lighting, and visual consistency
  • Strong communication skills and professional English
  • Hands-on mindset with high ownership and responsibility

Nice to have

  • Experience working with international publishers or AAA studios
  • Background in multiple disciplines such as concept art, environments, characters, or 3D
  • Previous experience in an outsourcing or service-based studio
  • Experience scaling or building teams
