Job Description:

Art Teacher / Art ECT opportunity starting September 2025 at an 'Outstanding' Secondary School located in Tower Hamlets, London. The role involves full-time, permanent teaching with potential TLR opportunities and ECT-specific support. The school boasts impressive Progress 8 results, modern facilities, excellent work-life balance, and additional support for pupils.

Job Responsibility:

Inspiring and motivating the younger generation
Working alongside a team of fantastic Art Teachers
TLR Opportunities: KS3 Coordinator and Pastoral Responsibilities
1:1 Mentor, bespoke ECT induction, In & out of house training

Requirements:

Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
Strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a ‘Good or Outstanding’ level
You must be able to work as part of a large team of Art Teachers
Must be willing to listen to feedback
