Job Description:

In the Borough of Westminster, an ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School seeks an Art Teacher / Art ECT to join their team starting September 2025. The role offers a chance to inspire younger generations, enjoy a good work-life balance, and benefit from modern teaching practices and facilities.

Job Responsibility:

Inspiring and motivating the younger generation
working alongside a team of fantastic Art Teachers
fulfilling KS3 Coordinator and Pastoral Responsibilities (if applicable)
participating in bespoke ECT induction and training

Requirements:

Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a ‘Good or Outstanding’ level
you must be able to work as part of a large team of Art Teachers
must be willing to listen to feedback

Nice to have:

Ambitious attitude
keen to add value to an expanding Art Department
willingness to take on TLR opportunities
