Job Description

My client, one of the UK’s leading art galleries, is currently seeking Senior Sales Professionals to join their dynamic team. You’ll be working with warm, inbound leads — engaging with prospective clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. You will manage your own client portfolio and take a proactive approach to onboarding new clients while delivering a first-class customer experience. This role requires a highly motivated, self-managing individual who is personable, organised, and punctual. A positive mindset, creative thinking, and the ability to adapt under pressure are key to success.

Job Responsibility

  • Pitch and close new clients
  • Monitor and manage clients’ art investments
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
  • Recommend artwork and products tailored to client needs
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients
  • Load and manage client portfolios
  • Close leads generated by junior brokers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in closing deals over the phone
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage and grow a large client base
  • Strong relationship-building abilities
  • Impeccable time management and punctuality
