Job Description

Metaverse Art team is looking for an Art Producer to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Art Producer, you will help build a social User Generated Content (UGC) platform where people can find people, places, and things they care about.

Job Responsibility

  • Establish and create processes and production schedules for complex projects designed to reduce risk, deliver highest quality and value
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine mutual vision, goals and project requirements for product features
  • Proactively identify and mitigate production red flags while executing against rapidly evolving targets
  • Consistently communicate schedules and timelines into the overall product development programs to leadership and stakeholders
  • Track asset pipeline, releases, and versioning
  • Initiate and manage vendor contracts and outsource work
  • Handle asynchronous communication of the team’s progress and achievements in our internal system

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in game development, film, or interactive media, and 2+ shipped products
  • Experience driving production process and shipping large projects within a 3D pipeline
  • Experience prioritizing and juggling multiple initiatives and deadlines
  • Effective leadership, communication and diplomatic skills
  • Experience with a range of production toolsets (e.g. Shotgrid, Asana, Jira, Trello)
  • Interest in empowering teams to produce results
  • Experience with outsource pipelines and vendors

Nice to have

  • Champion the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI-driven solutions to optimize and automate team workflows
  • Experience working with artists, engineers, product managers and product designers
  • Proven track record driving end to end production
  • Proven ability to make timely, high-impact decisions and facilitate effective escalations and trade-offs with senior stakeholders, ensuring product success
  • Experience creating production systems that scale team operations, workflow efficiency, and overall product value
