As our Art Director you'll define the creative vision and visual strategy for Juniper's advertising campaigns, driving excellence across all channels. Reporting to our Associate Creative Director - Art, you'll partner closely with copywriters, designers, and video editors to develop premium, on-brand creative that brings campaigns to life from brief to final delivery.

Create visually compelling advertising creative for Juniper across channels, with a strong focus on paid social and campaign work
Lead the visual craft of projects from concept to execution, including art direction, storyboarding, campaign identity, and asset design
Develop premium, on-brand visuals across a range of outputs such as ads, billboards, email creative, landing pages, and shoot concepts
Work closely with copywriters, designers, and video editors to bring ideas to life from brief through to final delivery
Contribute to the early creative process by generating design-led ideas and shaping how our brand shows up across growth marketing
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in advertising design, graphic design, art direction, or closely related creative roles
In-house experience
Background in an Australian design or advertising agency, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong craft across ads, branding, and campaign identity
A sharp visual eye with strengths in typography, layout, imagery, and building polished, premium brand expression
Comfortable being hands-on in the work, using design craft to respond to briefs and turn ideas into high-quality creative outputs
Sydney-based and able to work closely with the team in person, including regular involvement in shoots and collaborative creative development
