Job Description:

A leading agency/brand/studio is seeking an experienced Art Director with a strong background in commercial work to lead the creative development of visually compelling campaigns, photoshoots, video productions, and brand assets. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to bring brand visions to life across multiple channels.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the artistic direction of commercial campaigns from concept through execution
Develop mood boards, storyboards, and visual frameworks to guide creative production
Oversee the design and production of print, digital, video, and experiential content
Collaborate closely with copywriters, producers, photographers, stylists, and designers
Direct on-set shoots for commercials, brand campaigns, and product content
Ensure cohesive brand identity and high-quality standards across all deliverables
Present concepts to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders with clear rationale
Stay current with design trends, commercial storytelling techniques, and emerging media formats

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in art direction, with a strong portfolio of commercial work (TV, digital, print, or branded content)
Proven experience directing photoshoots, video productions, and creative teams
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools
Strong visual and conceptual storytelling skills
Ability to balance multiple projects, timelines, and creative feedback
Experience collaborating across departments including strategy, production, and accounts
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Nice to have:

Agency background or experience working with national/global brands
Motion graphics or animation direction (a plus)
Knowledge of video editing, set design, or fashion/lifestyle styling
Experience with eCommerce and commercial branding for product-focused campaigns
