CTP is looking for an Art Director to join our creative team. Someone who can take a creative brief, break it down to its core, then reassemble it into something that inspires. We're talking about a visually-minded, strong conceptual thinker. Someone who seeks the big idea and human connection first, then builds from there. A team player whose skills are matched only by their curiosity, and who isn't afraid to knock ideas around in a brainstorm with others until they find the most innovative way to tell our clients' story through almost any type of media. You'll work on print, television, and social media. Moving pixels and static ones. OTT, OLV, CTV and perhaps a few things that haven't even been invented yet. If you're most comfortable outside of your comfort zone and are ready to create big bold ideas for some big bold brands, send us your book. While this is currently a temporary position at the agency (2-3 months full time), there is an opportunity for this role to become a full time position pending new business outcomes.

Requirements:
Must have the ability to work in our Boston office 2x/week (Tuesday/Wednesday) or more depending on shoot and project needs
Ability to travel independently to shoots and client meetings when needed
Master of creative tools (Adobe CS, Figma, Gen AI, etc.)
3-5 years of art direction, managing and contributing to creative ideas
A portfolio of work that showcases creativity and storytelling abilities
Nice to have:
You love to create, but you won't freak out when clients hate your ideas
You have boatloads of digital and social ideas that can actually sell something
You have an understanding of typography, photography, illustration and design.
You love finding marketing solutions, regardless of channel or media
You have done this before. And have the book to prove it.
You'll contribute to client presentations and new business pitches and help secure new accounts by showcasing innovative thinking and creative ideas
You play well in the sandbox. Collaboration is the name of the game.
You are comfortable using emerging AI tools to support concepting, visual exploration, and creative efficiency.
