The Art Director leads the visual execution of brand and campaign work across digital and traditional platforms. This role partners with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams to craft compelling concepts that align with brand identity and business goals. The ideal candidate is both conceptually strong and detail-oriented in execution.
Job Responsibility:
Concept and design campaign visuals across print, digital, social, video, and experiential channels
Ensure consistent visual identity and brand voice across all creative output
Mentor and lead junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and marketers to bring ideas to life
Present work to stakeholders and articulate design rationale
Oversee photo shoots, video production, and vendor relationships when needed
Requirements:
6+ years of design experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior creative role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion/animation tools (optional but valued)
Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design work and conceptual thinking
Experience working in an agency or fast-paced in-house creative team
