Art Director

• Develop all creative concepting of robust content for brand and seasonal campaigns
• Lead and collaborate on seasonal concepts and planning lifestyle photography shoots
• Attend photoshoots and lead all planning, casting and art direction
• Direct external photographers, styling teams, props and producers
• Direct and edit video for digital channels and media
• Concept and art direct photographers and stylists at our photo studio
• Work ahead on 360 campaign concepts for all Little Planet and Otter Avenue campaigns
• Partner closely with the digital and retail creative teams
• Lead all brand-led projects for the digital space
• Create meaningful and impactful relationships with internal partners
• Present all concepts and creative solutions to Creative Director and internal partners
• Lead the art direction and design for brand identity development, iconography, style guides and brand books
• Partner with Brand Marketing Manager on all incremental projects
• Work collaboratively with all Little Planet and Otter Avenue creative channel partners
• Supervise the cohesion of all photography and brand-led collateral in all wholesale and international accounts

• Strong brand photography experience
• Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma & word processing programs, principles of design
• Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects within specific deadlines and creative parameters
• Proven 360 campaign and project experience
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with channel partners
• Ability to travel for required photoshoots and meetings 1-2 times/quarter

• Strong attention to detail
• BA, BFA in Graphic Design
