Our client, a dynamic creative agency, is seeking an Art Director to support a specialized team. This is a hybrid, contract role based in Cleveland, OH. This position offers an opportunity to lead innovative event design initiatives within a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Job Responsibility
Lead creative projects across numerous events and tradeshows, shaping design solutions that enhance brand impact and support business goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts that communicate concepts effectively
Facilitate ideation sessions, mentor team members, and contribute to the development of award-winning creative work
Clearly articulate and present creative concepts to stakeholders, securing alignment and project buy-in
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including graphic designers, motion graphic designers, videographers, and content strategists to produce cohesive visual content across various event platforms
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent work experience as an Art Director
At least eight years of experience in event-related art direction and design
Demonstrated expertise in experiential design, innovation, and digital trends, showcased through a portfolio
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, along with skills in prototyping, Microsoft Copilot, Office, and Teams
Strong leadership abilities with proven success guiding creative teams and mentoring individuals, including experience in virtual environments
