We are looking for an experienced Senior Creative/Art Director (with an art direction background) who will be responsible for ideating, generating and art directing innovative brand and product marketing across media channels. This person will work closely with the creative team to deliver end-to-end campaigns and evergreen content in a fast pace environment (we ship work daily). They will need to partner with design, product, engineering and research to bring Runway’s unique tone of voice and style to their work. This is a hands-on role, we don’t ideate and hand off. We execute on our own work. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative.
Job Responsibility:
Execute end-to-end creative work on short timelines
Strive for fresh, bold and innovative work that stands out from the market
Partner effectively with video editors, designers, developers and the broader Runway product and research teams
Ideate, art direct and execute with a strong strategic creative sense and impeccable taste
Requirements:
Strategic and conceptual thinker and doer
Top tier art direction
Can also write compelling copy
Proven experience bringing traditional advertising skills to generative AI tools to create work that demonstrates taste and craft
Be a divergent thinker
Proven experience with integrated campaigns and a strong understanding of social
Be able to articulate ideas clearly and decisively
Move fast, be receptive to feedback and be able to operate autonomously as needed
Nice to have:
Experience with video editing, motion design is a plus
