At Joseph Joseph, we are driven by a simple yet powerful belief — that intelligent design has the ability to transform everyday living. We create distinctive, thoughtfully engineered products that not only solve real-world problems but also bring joy, beauty, and functionality to daily life. Headquartered in London, we have grown into one of the world’s most admired houseware brands, with a presence in over 100 countries and partnerships with leading department stores, independent retailers, and a rapidly expanding e-commerce business. We are looking for a talented Art Director to join the brand team. As Art Director, you’ll help shape how our brand looks and feels at a pivotal moment of brand transformation. We’re looking for someone who’s as strong at concept as they are on set. You can lead projects end to end, make confident calls, and bring a premium, contemporary brand to life through visual storytelling that actually lands in the real world. Part producer, part art director, you’ll be hands-on within our image and video production team. From seasonal shoots and campaigns to brand storytelling and digital assets, you’ll own the creative journey from idea to delivery, protecting craft, pace and commercial impact. As an instrumental member of our shoot production team, you will work closely with the Industrial Design team to showcase the creativity and innovation behind our products, ensuring these qualities are communicated in a way that aligns with our brand’s visual identity. You bring ambition without ego. You elevate the people around you. You care about effectiveness, not just aesthetics. This is a role with real ownership and influence for someone who wants to make work that feels new, desirable and relevant.
