Art Directors are masters of their craft and team players who work toward creative excellence. We ask that you have design expertise and technical understanding across multiple mediums, including design, branding, advertising, digital, and video. Additionally, you have a high level of collaboration with internal and external creative teams.
Job Responsibility:
Execute high-quality creative work across multiple tactic types that are aligned to the creative brief, established branding and guidance
Manage workload and timelines, multiple projects and daily responsibilities
Partner with Copywriters/Sr. Copywriters to ensure creative needs of brands are met
Lead creative presentations to internal team members
Participate in discussions with freelancers, internal cross-functional team members and partners
Begin to integrate strategic thinking into creative work
Triage layout designs and enhance creative where appropriate
Bring unique and elevated designs, but also guide the work creatively and strategically along the way
Requirements:
Strong design skills
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Advertising, Art, Graphic Design or related field
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch is a must
Workfront is a must
Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and related programs
1+ years of experience in an advertising or direct marketing agency, ideally pharmaceutical experience as well
Strong portfolio showcasing strong design work across multiple mediums
Ability to manage multiple projects and self-prioritize
Comfort in helping to make executional changes
Excellent attention to detail
Solid presentation skills
Understanding of creative development process, especially for digital
Curiosity and a hunger to continuously develop and learn
