Job Description:

This role drives the creative vision and production execution for all static imagery of core consumer hardware products, ensuring aesthetic quality, technical accuracy, and alignment with Industrial Design (ID) and Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creative Direction: Lead the creative direction and execution of high-fidelity static imagery, encompassing both practical studio photography and complex 3D renders (including orthography and “white world” scenes)
  • Production Management: Art direct Creative and Production teams, guiding the editing and revision process to ensure the final assets meet campaign objectives and brand consistency
  • ID/CMF Negotiation: Serve as the creative liaison, driving imagery revisions based on brand narrative while negotiating on behalf of the creative execution against critical ID/CMF priorities in the product design space
  • Technical Articulation: Provide a strong creative point of view with a technical understanding of CGI Look Development. Must be able to direct and articulate how to modify/shape lighting direction across mixed media for artistic consistency
  • Asset Governance: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to uphold global CMF standards, and build asset toolkits to support higher-level brand guidelines for downstream partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Art Direction and production management for product imagery, ideally within the consumer electronics/hardware sector
  • Expertise in 3D/CGI Look Development, advanced photography techniques, and technical mastery of orthography renders
  • Deep knowledge and application of Color, Material, Finish (CMF) standards, demonstrated through direct collaboration with Industrial Design (ID) teams
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop
