Job Description:

Our client, a dynamic secondary academy in Devizes, Wiltshire, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Art & Design Teacher to join their team on a contract basis. This role presents an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers who are passionate about inspiring students through the arts and drama. The academy boasts a vibrant community with a focus on student development and achievement. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a supportive staff team, contributing to a creative learning environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver engaging lessons and foster a love of the subject among students
  • Contribute to a creative learning environment

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS
  • Experience teaching Drama in a secondary school setting
  • A professional and collaborative approach to teaching
  • Strong behaviour management skills and adaptability
  • Commitment to supporting student progress and well-being
