As project coordinator intern, you will support the team with tasks including: communicating directly with external project coordinators, architects, construction managers, specialist planners and others; contributing to developing the concept of the art space; coordinating financing applications, following-up with funds, financiers, projects and clients; coordinating tasks and deadlines, meetings with consultants and stakeholders; researching new suppliers and communicating with existing ones; analyzing processes and making suggestions on how to optimize them; assisting with the organization of events and pop exhibition; compiling documents, in particular spreadsheets and presentations.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
A dynamic and resourceful individual with a passion for culture, wine and gastronomy
A native speaker or fully fluent, with excellent command of English, French and/or German (other languages are a plus)
Detail-oriented and deadline-focused
Creative and able to think outside the box
Experienced in the cultural industries (a plus)
Flexible and proactive
