Job Description

A primary care service in the Maidstone region is seeking an ARRS GP for an immediate start. This four-day per week role offers flexible working and a balanced mix of clinical and administrative duties within a supportive practice. The position includes face-to-face surgeries, telephone triage, and related admin work, in line with ARRS criteria. It is well suited to a recently qualified GP looking to build experience within a collaborative team. Working hours are 09:00 to 18:00, with a clear and structured daily schedule.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver face-to-face GP consultations
  • Conduct telephone triage appointments
  • Complete clinical administration linked to patient care
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely patient records
  • Work closely with the wider primary care team to ensure safe service delivery

Requirements

  • GP with CCT obtained within the last two years
  • Must meet ARRS eligibility criteria
  • Must not currently hold a salaried GP position
  • Full GMC registration with licence to practise
  • Right to work in the UK

  • Liaising with the group legal department on any non-standard advertiser contract amends as required to minimise Awin exposure and risk
  • Working closely with the Finance team to ensure adherence to broader finance and risk requirements, such as revenue recognitions, pricing and discounting policies, etc., with a clear understanding and ability to evaluate the economic impact of terms and term options
