Job Responsibility

Routinely patrol the entire school campus—by vehicle and on foot—including hallways and outdoor areas to maintain a visible security presence and deter potential threats
Apply effective communication and conflict-resolution skills to calmly defuse tense or volatile situations, prioritizing the safety and well-being of everyone involved
Stay alert and attentive at all times, quickly recognizing unusual behavior, safety concerns, or potential risks within the campus environment
Prioritize the protection and well-being of students, staff, parents, and visitors, helping to sustain a secure and welcoming school atmosphere
React quickly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies, following established protocols to manage situations effectively and minimize risk
Respond immediately to campus alarm activations, assess the situation, and take appropriate action in accordance with established safety and security procedures
Accurately document and report all incidents, disturbances, or safety concerns to the proper authorities or school administration to ensure clear communication and proper follow-up
Communicate effectively with clients, the public, and supervisors
Follow all site-specific SOPs, company policies, local laws and regulations, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding site-related activities
