Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Creates and manages sales performance goals for the region
  • Monitors and directs the business development staffing strategy
  • Ensures that sales team has necessary training and resources to drive business from physicians, facilities, and other referral sources
  • Creates and directs the region's enterprise growth strategy partnering with health care providers to ensure a continuum of care
  • Works closely with the operations team to ensure successful execution of the region's operational growth strategy
  • Functions as a member of the executive management team for the region ensuring that company compliance, performance and HR guidelines are maintained in the region
  • Monitors and evaluates employee performance
  • Holds employees accountable for the attainment of defined goals and objectives
  • Executes effective performance redirection when needed
  • Develops employees through coaching, mentoring, and formal/on the job training and development opportunities
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business and/or management preferred
  • Five years of sales experience
  • Two years of home health or hospice sales experience
  • One year of supervisory experience within the healthcare industry preferred
  • Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and liability insurance
