Wiz is looking for a visionary and high-impact Area Vice President (AVP) of EMEA Channels and Alliances. This is a critical leadership role responsible for architecting and leading the partner ecosystem across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As Wiz continues its trajectory as the fastest-growing cloud security company in history, you will be the executive lead for the region, driving the strategy that enables our partners to deliver unprecedented value to our customers.

Job Responsibility

  • EMEA Channel Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a world-class EMEA partner organization
  • Strategic Regional Execution: Execute the global partner program within EMEA, tailoring the approach to meet the unique needs of sub-regions including UKI, DACH, France, Southern Europe, and the Middle East
  • Revenue & Pipeline Growth: Take full ownership of partner-sourced and partner-influenced KPIs
  • Executive Relationship Management: Forge and maintain "C-level" relationships with our most strategic partners
  • Internal Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a strategic partner to the EMEA Sales Leadership and coordinate across Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations
  • Ecosystem Innovation: Identify and incubate new routes to market, including Managed Service Provider (MSP) models and specialized cloud security practices
  • Data-Driven Performance: Utilize global dashboards to maintain a rigorous, "Single Source of Truth" view of EMEA performance

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in senior channel or sales leadership roles within a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity environment
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA market landscape, including the nuances of regional partner ecosystems and local regulatory environments (e.g., GDPR, NIS2)
  • Experience managing large, multi-national teams with a track record of developing top-tier talent and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to drive unified, complex business outcomes
  • Proven success in managing partner organizations at a multi-hundred-million-dollar scale through hyper-growth phases
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security strategies to both technical and business audiences
  • A relentless focus on results and a proven ability to execute strategic initiatives that deliver tangible business benefits
