Act as the Talent Acquisition Partner for a defined geographic area or cluster of business units, leading recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent aligned with business needs. Acting as the local expert in talent acquisition, this role delivers day-to-day recruitment support, builds targeted pipelines, and ensures a consistent, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience. Working closely with area leadership and P&O teams, the Area TA Partner aligns hiring activity with workforce plans and business goals while also championing employer branding and early talent initiatives. Operates as the lead recruitment specialist within a defined area, working closely with local business leaders and global Talent Acquisition teams. The role balances strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruitment execution in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage all aspects of full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, selection, and offer
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, role requirements, and local clinic dynamics
Coordinate onboarding with local P&O and clinic operations to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Build and maintain pipelines of clinical and non-clinical talent using active sourcing techniques
Maintain and nurture relationships with passive candidates and local veterinary networks
Attend job fairs, school visits, and networking events to increase visibility and promote AniCura and Linnaeus’s EVP
Act as a trusted advisor to area leaders and hiring managers, guiding on job design, DEI, interview techniques, and compensation positioning
Coach leaders on best practices for candidate experience, assessments, and decision making
Represent AniCura and Linnaeus as an ambassador at internal and external events, showcasing culture, purpose, and growth opportunities
Support the rollout of employer brand content and referral campaigns across clinics
Respond to candidate inquiries and represent AniCura and Linnaeus in a timely and professional manner
Track and report recruitment activity and metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline quality, source effectiveness)
Use data to identify trends and opportunities to improve the hiring process at area level
Ensure all hiring practices are fully compliant with local labor laws, GDPR, and internal standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
3+ years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a multi-site context, preferably with experience in consultancy
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment best practices
Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and external partners
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Data-driven mindset and experience using recruitment analytics
Familiarity with employment laws and diversity hiring practices
