Job Responsibility:

  • Manage, inspire, and engage the teams
  • Understand, track, and manage the schools’ restaurant profit contribution
  • Meet with clients and stakeholders to build effective relationships, gain trust, and drive the shared goal of feeding more students, better food

Requirements:

  • Multisite management experience
  • passion for food and service
  • craft skills to support in the kitchen
  • managed at least 4 sites
  • managing and guiding chef managers
  • building excellent client relationships
  • chef by trade
  • comfortable conversing at all levels
  • self-motivated
