Area/Operations Support Manager role supporting operations across Liverpool, Blackpool & surrounding area for a growing education catering company. The role involves managing teams, building client relationships, and supporting kitchen operations when needed.
Job Responsibility:
Manage, inspire, and engage the teams
Understand, track, and manage the schools’ restaurant profit contribution
Meet with clients and stakeholders to build effective relationships
Support the operations manager across their portfolio of sites
Guide chef managers with day-to-day running of sites
Requirements:
Multisite management experience
Passion for food and service
Craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed
Managed at least 4 sites
Comfortable conversing at all levels
Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organised
Understanding of how to prioritise effectively
Proficient with Office suite (spreadsheets and presentations)
Chef by trade and happy to be in the kitchen when needed
