Job Responsibility:

  • Support the operations manager across their portfolio of sites
  • manage, inspire, and engage the teams
  • understand, track, and manage the schools’ restaurant profit contribution
  • meet with clients and stakeholders to build effective relationships
  • be happy to be in the kitchen when needed

Requirements:

  • Multisite management experience
  • passion for food and service
  • craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed
  • ability to manage, inspire, and engage teams
  • ability to understand, track, and manage schools' restaurant profit contribution
  • ability to meet with clients and stakeholders to build effective relationships
  • managed at least 4 sites
  • chef by trade
  • comfortable conversing at all levels
  • self-motivated, resilient, highly organised
  • proficient in Office suite
  • enhanced DBS check required
