Job Description

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the electrical division. The position calls for a blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen, providing technical support to the engineering team, managing workflows within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise electrical and gas engineering teams, promoting a safety-first culture
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution
  • Resolve any arising technical and logistical issues promptly to avoid delays
  • Deliver action plans to ensure timely work completion at site where allocated resources have been unable to provide corrective repair
  • Communicate effectively with clients, offering superior customer service, and managing expectations according to project timelines
  • Multitask across diverse projects while maintaining attention to detail and resilience under pressure
  • Lead by example, fostering teamwork and collaboration within and across teams

  • Proven experience in electrical engineering within a supervisory capacity ideally in social housing environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
