Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Kiddies & Toys International (Pvt) Ltd, a leading name in the mother and baby care industry, is looking for an experienced Area Sales Supervisor to drive growth and success in the North Area (Jaffna, Vavuniya, Kilinochchi)

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned area
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure excellent customer service standards
